1. Ticket Sales
All tickets purchased through motherlandtickets.com are for the Motherland Festival event. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms in full.
2. No Refunds
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers under any circumstances. Please ensure you select the correct ticket type and quantity before completing payment.
3. QR Code & Entry
- Each order generates one unique QR code valid for your entire group.
- The QR code is single-use. One scan at the gate admits all attendees in the order and issues wristbands equal to the number of tickets purchased.
- The first person scanned collects all wristbands to distribute to the group.
- Wristbands are required for re-entry. Lost wristbands will not be replaced.
- Do not share your QR code publicly. The first scan wins — if your code is scanned by someone else before you arrive, entry may be refused.
4. Ticket Validity
Tickets are only valid for the event date and venue specified at the time of purchase. Motherland Festival reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone unable to present a valid QR code.
5. Event Changes
In the unlikely event of a postponement or cancellation, ticket holders will be notified via the email address provided at checkout. Motherland Festival reserves the right to alter the programme, venue, or date without prior notice.
6. Behaviour
Motherland Festival reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly, dangerous, or disruptive. No refund will be issued in such cases.
